My background is in Mass Media Communications and i have been working as a media and ICT consultant. The Master design course is an ideal study for people like me who are interested in human-computer/technology relations. PZI is an exemplar of teaching excellence in both theory and practical application design.

Projects and essays during my study period at PZI

Tsui Hark Visual Effect Project: Tsui Hark is a well know action film director with such movies as Double Team and Knock Off. His trademark effect is to create a 'jerk' during punches. I implemented this effect by three lines of code on the linux command line.

MetaLife Project: A study of the SecondLife MMORPG and its inter-relation with the people that 'live' there. My project observes and document a routine trip to SecondLife and is focused on the aesthetics of sex and sexuality in the online game. (Please be advised that the video contains SL sex and might be unpleasant for some)

The XHTML Project: This project is to fully code and implement an XHTML 1.0 Strict website without any form of software except a text-editor. This project formed the basis of my final project which is hosted at ofamfa.org
